“The views are amazing. Walking path and the sea right behind house. View after view. Well equipped kitchen with tons of space, comfy living room- and I loved the sunroom out back! This was October weather with occasional rain and wind. Must be truly amazing in summer with outdoor spaces.. convenient for Dorset exploring.”

“Had 3 lovely days at Brooksyde. A very comfortable house, a home form home seaside retreat. A great base to visit Lyme Regis, Sidmouth etc. Beer is a really lovely little village with a few independent shops and restaurants. The voucher for the next door shop was a nice surprise. Would highly recommend ”

“We came for a short break Thursday-Sunday. The van was spotless. The host thought about everything from providing fairy liquid, to loo rolls. Even a little sewing kit in the bathroom. We were very lucky with our weather even had a coffee on the veranda. The views over to chesil very pretty at night with the lights. Would highly recommend and use again. Thank you. ”

“Perfect perfect stay, warm and cosy,radiator control at your finger tips. Lovely pots and pans,comfy bed. Very quiet area. We extended 2 days for easons of food poisoning and Georgy so accommodating which was fabulous. We would stay there again with out a doubt. Decoratedfor Christmas/ New Year which was lovely. Onsite Parking is great as street parking was busy. Thankyou Georgy. A lovely time was had by the Ellis’s”

“The location, the house, wow this was absolutely faultless. 7 adults, 1 teenager and 2 two dogs for 3 nights at new year and it was everything we hoped for. Spectacular views and perfect for the storm as we hunkered down and had a fire in the comfortable lounge playing games. We all found the beds extremely comfortable and each bathroom was spacious and very clean. The whole place, just incredible!”

“Just got back from a great stay at Lyme Barn. Property is spot on for a couple, great access to the best spots on the Jurassic Coast. Ruthie (out host) was lovely- brilliant to communicate with and that makes all the difference. Location is close to the A35 so some road noise which we knew about beforehand and didn't bother us a bit. Looking forward to coming back.”
