“We loved our stay here. It was close to everything we needed. The beach on the ocean or the bay were just steps away. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The grocery store was only a 1/2 mile away. There are a couple bikes there to cruise around on. There are a couple beach chairs(back pack style) to take to the beach. We were able to park our Jetta in the garage. I’m 6’2” so I had to duck in a few low places in the ceiling of the house. We will return to this place when we go...

“The property was nice a quiet, and close to the beach that we were able to walk back and forth. It was a quaint little place we had a great time. Loved that we could buy groceries and cook in the kitchen. The only draw back was that there were little black sugar ants in the place.”

“We loved our stay at Renee's property. Less than a mile from Pacific Beach, about 2 or 3 miles to Belmont Park. Everything was very close. Although our stay was short, Renee was extremely accommodating in helping me setup a small surprise decoration for my wife. The property itself was clean and cozy, had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to book with Renee again. Thanks for having us!”

“I usually stay at a nearby timeshare that gets rented out by the owners, but chose this place instead. Very glad I did. Communication was excellent with the owner/management. Waking up and propping myself up in bed and watching the ocean through the front siding glass door was incredible. Plus it has a front porch that we ate several breakfasts and meals. I was happy we stayed here and hope to go back soon. The only issue is that the water heater went out on Sunday afternoon, but it was turned...
