“The house was lovely and in a great location. The beach is accessible via a short walk down the street (like 2 houses down). The house is situated above the retaining wall of the beach that, during high-tide, waves crash into. When the tide recedes, the beach opens up for recreation. We saw many dolphins, pelicans, gulls, and an occasional sea lion. The house is spacious and has all the amenities needed. Appreciate the stay, would visit again. “The picture of the backyard made it look quite a bit bigger. But regardless, the kids had a GREAT time playing in the pool. Great home for big family gathering. The family walked to the beach and had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend. ”

“Perfectly setup and located beach condo at Pacific Beach. Listing was as described, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and plenty of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas and boogie boards. Plenty of restaurants across the street and like a 2min walk to the sand. Property mgr was highly responsive and helpful. Unit had two covered reserved parking spots to use behind a locked gate. I would happily stay here again.”

The location was excellent with lots of great restaurants and other activities within walking distance. We loved having easy access to the ocean and found the whole stay just what we needed.”

“We had a great family wedding weekend at the house. It was very convenient, and had good space for our extended family. and Kitchen and Living Room had plenty of space for gathering.The rooftop patio and fireplace is a nice place to hang out, too. Enjoyed the home!It would have been helpful to have had crib sheets to use, and the necessary tools to change the toddler bed back into a crib. The hardware was there, just no way to attach them.
