“Frank was an awesome host. The property was clean and quiet. The neighborhood is okay but I felt safe and there were security cameras on the property. The backyard was simple and fun. Overall a great place to stay if you need something small and clean. Just be aware you either have to pay a $1,500 not guaranteed refundable damage fee or $59 damage insurance. This fee is on top of all the other cleaning, property fee, and tax. Not terrible but just beware”

“This unit is a converted garage of a larger vintage house that has also been divided into rental units. As of February 2020, the conversion is an older one, with loose floor tiles and aging furniture. One of the other units was being updated during my stay, so I expect this one will be soon as well. Let me start by saying the unit is perfectly functional if a little worn, and grounds and amenities of the building at large are excellent. “I just used the bed and TV. If you have plenty of adventures to go on, this place is perfect. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re planning on hanging out there. It’s pretty tight.”

“We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts are very responsive to anything you need. Very clean, well equipped, and quiet, Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Washer and dryer an added bonus. Looks just like the photo. We will be back.”

“This is a really good option if you want to be close to downtown. Lots of good restaurants, bars, museums, ect. to see in a walkable distance. Just make sure to bring earplugs because this property is directly under the flight path for planes landing at the airport, they pass over only a couple hundred feet overhead continuously all day but slack off at night. Overall I enjoyed it. ”
