“We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was located close to everything we wanted to do. Minutes away from Balboa Park, The SanDiego Zoo, North an South Park neighborhoods, even Little Italy. Walkable to a few coffee shops and in what felt like a safe neighborhood. The double windows keep the sounds of cars and overhead airplanes out.making for a good nights sleep. The owners were responsive and helpful when I asked a question. ”

“My wife and I spent nearly two Weeks here - secure parking / clean / washer / dryer - we grilled and did use the outdoor area. Very close to many bars / restaurants / pubs / coffee. Easy access to interstate. Excellent communication with the property manager. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We came into town for comic-con, seaworld, and the zoo; Kensington was close for both and had a small town feel in a big city. The Spanish cottage was adorable, very clean, and perfect for our needs. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and there was plenty of parking available. We would love to stay again next year! “We entered the property to an overwhelming smell of mildew/mold. Property management made excuses such as it has a lived in smell and just needs to be aired out. It was so bad, we bought airspray just to make it through one night. Apparently some team came to clean the garage disposal on day 2 which seemed to be the root source of the smell.
