Loved all the decorative plants. We chose using Uber to explore. All the drivers were so kind and friendly. Everyone we talked to are in love with their city.”

“The home is located exactly where we wanted to be to visit the museums and not too far to reach the beach. Was shocked how quickly we could get to the zoo. Probably saved us tons of time not having to navigate through CA traffic. We had a wonderful time and appreciated the house. The house is well setup and quite comfortable. It’s clean and nice to find someone that doesn’t cheap out on the little stuff such as toilet paper. The only slight issue was parking on the street but it’s not bad. ”

“Great location. Very clean. Loved that we could open the garage door and live indoor/outdoors. Would have loved to try the fire pit but didn’t have the opportunity. John was a very gracious host; before our stay I asked if the vrbo had a cookie sheet, he bought one and had it in the kitchen waiting. As he knew I was cooking part of a Thanksgiving dinner, he asked if I needed to borrow any other items. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area. ”

“This studio is clean, comfortable, has an amazing shower with room for 2. We felt very safe with this location and did walk to a great restaurant. It really is a great spot! And there is a swing outside! So cute! ”

“We had a great time at Nancita's house, which was more than just a beachhouse. Check in was flawless. We entered a house that was spotless clean. The photos were very accurate. The backyard is huge and very private, lined with a lot of fruit trees/shrubs. The hottub was large and very comfortable. Nancita is giving a lot of attention to the details that made our stay more comfortable. She provided lots of cleaning supplies, paper towels and also a bathrobe and slippers. “This property is terrific for just 2 people. If you have rented a car it is absolutely a gem because you can park in the garage! Parking in Loma Heights is extremely hard to find— on the street is it and that’s at a premium!. Scott was very responsive, excellent communicator but did not intrude! He made it very easy for us!”
