“The room is super clean but in the swimingpool the smell is not too good. Plus some customers used their underwear to have a swim. In the hotel they are very sctrict about not allowing me to go to the gym because I had sandals and not trainers to use the gym. However, they allowed some customers to swim using their underwear which it is absolutely disgusting.”

“ Staff were friendly and attentive. Always opening door for us and helping with luggage. Helped us to check in early since we arrived earlier then anticipated. Great view of the city and rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas and had beautiful photogenic areas. It was helpful there was atm in lobby. Only complaint was that the hotel was extremely far up the hill and faraway from many areas of city so we got stuck in traffic often. Would...
