“It was a great location and fairly comfortable stay. The pool was a huge plus. Wifi was super solid. The area was super safe and the neighbors were pretty nice. Big thanks to the staff especially the guards. Those guys were very polite and were a great help to us.”

“Very nice and clean suite, but a bit small on the living space and living room furnishings for two people. All kitchen utilities worked good and also the TV/Internet services provided. Being very close to SM Seaside Mall is a great plus.”

“2 bedrooms are located at the 2nd floor, bathroom is on the 1st floor. It was very difficult to go down at the middle of the night to use especially you’re sleepy. I go to the restroom 2-3 times in the night. Not senior friendly. Outside hallway & elevator smells bad. ”

“George is a good host, very helpful, communicative, and responsive. The building is one of the first apartment buildings in the city, and it shows. Staff are lovely but not a lot of work has been put in to upkeep the property. Cebu gives you a good slice of Filipino city life, but we found there was not a ton to do in city proper. Thank you to George for making our stay very pleasant.”

“Le logement est propre et fonctionnel, situé dans une copropriété calme et bien équipée (piscine, salle de sport et même une chapelle). Le quartier n'est pas exceptionnel mais on y trouve cependant toutes les commodités : restaurants, laundry et supermarché. La procédure de départ/arrivée est simple et les hôtes sont réactifs.”

“Smaller than expected but over all adequate. Some tired areas, with loose wires to plug sockets in bathroom. Completely priced”
