“This is our second stay at this facility. This like the first is a great place to stop for a night after a long drive. The breakfast was good especially the waffles. The only problems were the hot water was not enough ton the bathroom sink. It was great in the shower. Also no De-caf coffee for breakfast. Other than that we will return. ”

“The worst costumer service in all my life. The lady at the front desk was unpolite, disrespectful, not helpful at all. We asked for the hot tub because it was the reason I rented the room and when I realized it was dirty and also it was in other property called “quality inn” I went to the front desk and I asked why she did not tell us the hot tub was not working and also dirty and that I would like to find a solution. She reacted in a terrible way saying that I could do whatever I wanted and I...

“Overall experience was fantastic. Staff was friendly. Service was great. Room was clean & ready. Bed was very comfy. The only complaint I have, which is super minor and obviously due to the age, is that some flooring and other surfaces are super worn. Realistically you're fine to walk around bare foot, there's just some uneven spots and the super unlikely chance you may get a splinter or hit a nail sticking up.”
