“Well maintained and managed, but the location on the main strip was not great being that there was a lot of emergency vehicle sirens throughout the night. Good parking and breakfast hall. Carpet needed cleaning. ”
“I absolutely love the breakfast, mountain views, hospitality and history of this place. Not to mention the flowers, chocolates, champagne and huge jetted bathtub. Everyone is so sweet and we try to come back every July for good reason. Highly recommend. ”
“New hotel with nicely appointed amenities and furnishings. Small complaints; this is the 2nd new Marriott property we've stayed at with no bathroom exhaust fanss or night lights. Also, daily maid service only supplied 1 caffeinatd coffee to a suite with 2 beds and two people.”

“My wife and I loved this hotel. Right at the front entrance to Biltmore which is why we came to Asheville. Staff were nice and professional. The food there was excellent. We really enjoyed the room. We will stay here again.”
