“First, let’s start with location. This property is in the heart of the beach community and just blocks from the water. Ideal location! Secondly, the owners were very nice and promptly responded to questions and requests. Finally, the space was nicely decorated and equipped. The only issue we had related to a dirty air conditioning unit. Its filter was dirty and there appeared to be some black spots in the vent. We thought it may have been the onset of mold. The owner disagreed...

“My wife and I had an incredible stay at this property from Nov 15-18, 2024. Kye meet us on arrival and talked us through everything while also providing all kinds of tips on local restaurants and activities. He also let us know about the Ride Circuit app where we can call local transportation to take us around Seal Beach for only $2 per person per ride. Very convenient. It was incredibly clean and absolutely silent at night. The gas fireplace was wonderful and cozy in the chilly evenings...

“We enjoyed our stay. Communication was great. On site laundry available. The room was clean and comfortable. Very nicely decorated. I wish there had been trays to make ice cubes. Not enough room in freezer to buy ice and store it. Nice fire pit to relax by but the outdoor loungers were not something I wanted to sit on as they were covered with bird poo. We did use the bicycles to ride to the market and breakfast which was a great little amenity. Just an fyi that there is no off street...
