“Very similar to all of the other comments. A beautiful property in a fantastic location so close to the beach. The owners have thought of everything that you’d need for a stress free break. This is definitely a 5* property which we plan to visit again. ”

“We chose this property because it's location allowed easy reach of York, Harrogate and sightseeing opportunities towards the North Yorks Moors. Lovely house in a quiet village. Generous rooms, great facilities. We were late in the season so didn't get a chance to use the outdoors areas but would be great in the summer. No issues, but where we had questions/requests the host responded almost immediately and came round if necessary. Highly recommended”

“Don't let the lack of photos of the front of the property put you off. True it's in a very narrow side street and the outlook is far from pretty, but it's in a very convenient location. Inside there's everything you need, and the property is well cared for. It's literally a couple of minutes' walk to the sea. Shops, pubs, restaurants all handy. We arrived during very bleak weather, strong winds and driving rain. Once that cleared, Filey didn't disappoint. Surely one of the best traditional sea...

“We had a wonderful time at the house. Its location was very central to get to Whitby town, Scarborough and York. The house was clean, tidy and well equiped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Lovely bungalow, cleanliness excellent, everything you would need for your stay. Martin very helpful on arrival. Bus stops just along the road with buses going every 20 minutes into town. Close to supermarket. ”

“We stayed as two couples both with kids and dogs. The house is great and the garden and kitchen area the perfect family setting for the summer. Harrogate is great and you aren’t far from the town centre. ”

“Lovely property and excellent communication with Stuart ”

“It was Inexpensive and we liked that, but there was no WiFi even though it’s advertised to come with. There were only 2 bowls and 2 plates, no knives, no glasses and barely half a roll of toilet paper. We’ll know what extras we need to bring if we stay again”

“We had a great 2 night stay. The space is charming and comfortable. It was great to come back to a quiet, residential neighborhood. But it's close enough to everything you want to see that you can easily walk to it and do it. Highly recommended.”
