“Pasamos una noche bastante mala.Llegamos a ver hasta 7 cucarachas en la habitación.Cuando baje a comunicarlo a recepción la señorita que nos atendió nos dijo que era algo normal en el pais y tampoco supo muy bien cómo reaccionar.1 puede pasar pero 7? Estaban dentro del minibar,por las paredes...Imagino que sería un problema puntual de esa habitación pero es inaceptable .Nos cambiaron a otra habitación ante la negativa de quedarnos en esa habitación pero ya la sensación que va a aparecer una...

“BEAUTIFUL Hotel. Staff were very accomodating and allowed us to check in at 10am after our overnight train rider. Room was stunning and the corner suite of the Hotel. Great pool and dinner was fantastic and Breakfast was even better :D”

“This property has a lot of potential but completely falls short of even being a 3 star. There is a complete lack of detail in everything. The rooms meet the minimum standard of clean, meaning the sheets and towels are changed and trash is taken out, however they are very dusty, with dusty cobwebs everywhere. The mirrors and doors are covered in fingerprints and dirty smudges. The high touch areas, like handles, hair dryer and tv remote were greasy. Also, the towels were clean, but were very worn...

Frühstück 10/10 Zimmer und vor allem die BETTEN 10/10 Personal 10/10 Gebäude und Einrichtung 10/10 Das einzig Problematische ist die große Entfernung zur Touristenregion - Tam Coc ist schon eine Ecke entfernt. Das Personal ist aber sehr hilfsbereit was es betrifft, preisgünstige Beförderungsmittel und Ausflüge zu organisieren. Auch der Transfer zum Flughafen wurde problemlos veranlasst. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert! ”
