“Friendly staff and big clean room. Breakfast was ok. Hotel was abit far from the walking street, more than 10 minutes walk. Really disappointed with their air conditioning. We cannot set the temperature in our room. We called reception few time throughout the night to set the temperature cooler and they cannot do it. We couldn’t sleep the whole night as the room was warm and sticky. Lucky it winter can’t imagine how hot it will be in summer ”

“Das Hotel liegt sehr schön eingebettet in die Natur und umgeben von den Karstfelsen. Die ganze Familie ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück und die Küche überhaupt sehr lecker. Das Wasser im Pool ist sehr natürlich und angenehm. Die Häuschen sind sehr schön in die Natur eingebunden. Man kann sich Fahrräder und Roller ausleihen und kommt damit sehr gut zur Bootstour. Englische Kommunikation ist super. Transfer wird sehr gut organisiert.Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Fairy Mountain...

“The room is very clean and large. It is situated around a residential/commercial area so it may get noisy with kids, etc. Short walk across the street to Hoa Lu Old Quarter and Walking Street with restaurants and cafes.”

“The hotel is in a perfect location, which can be a bit noisy at night but it also feels lively. The view is simply great. The room looked brand new. The staff were polite but only with gestures as absolutely no one spoke a word of English. We could communicate for the basic stuff with signs or pictures (when we were asked to choose our type of breakfast), but anything else was simply not possible.”

“Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam despite also being the most affordable. The hotel itself is lovely and well-situated in a quiet but convenient spot in Ninh Binh town. The staff are incredibly kind and generous: the concierge took time out of his day to drive me somewhere quiet for a scooter-riding lesson and handled getting me on a sleeper train to Da Nang. Cannot recommend Thuy Anh highly enough”
