“We had a great time at the house. It had everything we needed and an added benefit of being one floor with no steps for those with mobility issues (we had someone in a wheel chair and it was perfect). It was so pretty to be on the lake and wake up to ice fishers getting their day started. It was an easy drive to Middlebury Snowbowl and Breadloaf. And a quick 20 minuets to campus. We'll have to keep this on our list for future travels to the Middlebury and Lake Champlain area. ”

“What a wonderful way to celebrate two family birthdays!! We can not say enough about how wonderful the accommodations were. The house was clean and cozy and the owner was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure that we had what we needed. The house is a short drive to Whiteface mountain and just thirty minutes to the quaint town of Lake Placid. We will definitely be back. ”

“Cabin very nice. Very clean and plenty of kitchen tools and nice large dining table. The hosts are very easy to work with. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Third bedroom would be better to use with children as you have to walk through it to get to Master and the Bathroom is inside the master bedroom. Just to note - there are several security cameras around the oustde of the house. upstairs bath is inside that bedroom. ”

“This was our second time staying at the Grand Jay Lodge. It’s a cozy log cabin, with great amenities (hot tub, sauna, air fryer, two laundry rooms). We went with friends last year, and brought the family this year. It’s centrally located between Lake Placid and Keene Valley. Excellent location for trips into town, or to hit a hike out of Adk Log or Keene. The host is very responsive and kind. We’ll be back for a 3rd year! ”

“Stayed for a family ski and Super Bowl weekend tradition. We have done VT in the past but decided to switch things up this year. What a great call. This house was amazing.
