“Majid and the property were amazing. Super clean, very nice apartment. The balcony was heaven and veryyy easy access to the beach. He had chairs and kayaks set up at the beach, which is fairly private, so we never had to carry anything out there. Only about 10 minutes from the main touristy area but we avoided all the crowds. The hot water went out briefly, but they fixed it within 20 minutes. A perfect stay!”

“What to love about Beach Please Vila- This is our second time renting this place. It looks just like the photos, very update to date, stylish and clean. We stayed at another place nearby and it looked nothing like the photos as it was very outdated. Kitchen is fully stocked and love the grill area as we are big time grillers. “Coconut Beach Villa on Sapodilla beach was the perfect place and setting for our intergenerational family vacation. The little ones (age 1, 3 and 5) played for hours on the beach and in the shallow, warm and turquoise water. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets from our porches and found the kitchens well stocked for making memorable family dinners. Dana was always accessible when we had questions or concerns. “Everything about this place is perfect for us! The house has everything anyone could possibly need! The pool is delightful and I can swim laps every morning! Location is quiet and safe, plus it is easy to go anywhere from here! Best of all - we LOVE the caretaker, Mario! He is absolutely wonderful and so helpful if needed! “My dad, myself, and my two kids stayed in the upper level of the home (2BR/1BATH). Note there is a lower level to this home that is left vacant if not being used by the current guest (great for privacy). The property was ultra clean, modern, and easy to use. All the high tech appliances, more than fully stocked kitchen for almost every cooking situation, and that smoker pellet grill made spending more time on the property a great experience.
