“Overall, very nice. However, trying to get through the front door for the first time was a challenge. The door knob only works when you turn it to the left. Turning it to the right does nothing. Had to call Vacasa for help. Also, the lock code given was NOT the only code that worked. Yes the one given did work but so did several others that I tried. You might want to have that checked.”

“The home was well maintained, clean appliances were in fair repair. Washer and dryer were new, the stove the panel was coming apart so could be an issue but worked, only issues we had were there was no laundry soap in the place that said complementary, Also issue with the ability to get into the dumpster to take out trash which was resolved with a call to Vacasa lack of enough toilet paper ”

“We loved staying in this home. It was the perfect balance of space and coziness for our family getaway (2 parents and 3 college students). It had everything we needed for a restful stay as there was high attention to detail to make the space very functional and comfortable. Highly recommend if you are visiting Olympic National Park!”

“Lovely spot, very clean, kitchen well stocked. Only downside for us was no dresser in the master so no place to unpack and put clothes away. We had to live out of our suitcases, which is one of our pet peeves! Otherwise,great little condo”

“The place was clean, the bed was very comfy, the coffee tasted great, that was supplied. The coffee pot needs a good cleaning it takes over 20 min to brew a pot. The white remote control did not work, could not get a new one in the three days we were staying there, so no local tv, only streaming,ok. The hot tub jets have two inserts missing. And there were no robes, like it showed in the add. Otherwise, we did enjoy our stay. ”

“Thoroughly disappointed in our family stay. We found one of the beds had fecal matter, blood and urine staining on the bedding and mattress. In that same room we found dirty diapers in a hamper that had not been emptied during its last cleaning. This issue was blown off by the management company. They only credited me a cleaning fee and they were content to let my family address the mess their cleaners missed. They hardly made an effort and seemed to care little for the quality of our...
