“The condo was nice and clean, and the property owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. The only thing that I wasn’t perfectly happy with was that some of the areas around the property were a little bit sketchy. Immediately surrounding the condo is fine, but if you walked too far off, you would have some areas that you felt a bit unsafe. Although, that’s kind of to be expected whenever you stay near any downtown.”

“This property has everything. So much thought and care has been applied to making this place beautiful and comfortable, with every possible amenity at your fingertips. This was our home base for a week for our daughter’s wedding and we so appreciated the beauty and quiet comforts this home offers. The owners are responsive and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a lovelier place to spend the week. ”

“This was an amazing little home. We did have an issue with the AC, but the owner was super responsive and had it fixed the next day.I will point out that this place is on a very steep hill and is on one of the main roads in the area. So the road noise is a bit more than you might expect. That said, it quiets down just after sunset and was not an issue at all. So don't be turned off when you arrive and see cars everywhere.The area is amazing and we would happily stay here again.”

“Really easy to work with everyone here, and it's a really good location at a really good price. Everything we needed for the two of us, in an efficient, clean and well thought out place. We really appreciate not having a laundry list of to-do items on checkout, and really appreciate that everything was easy to coordinate with check-in and everything just worked when we got there. “The condo was new, super clean, and close to the main parts of Tacoma. We would stay again. We had some challenges because we did not find the property address or wifi information easily. Better if the information came in an email or was easy to find in the app. Surprises were that there is no assigned and parking on the street is crowded. Also the condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Still, a great place.”

“On street parking is fairly easy to find. You will hear music from the businesses around. Cool neighborhood with vintage and antique shops galore. Good beds. One bedroom is downstairs. ”

“Fantastic space & location for visiting the Tacoma Dome! Check-in, dedicated parking spot & communication were easy & seamless. Home was clean, comfortable & full of extras! Not exactly a neighborhood that offers much outside of proximity to the event space, but was a perfect location as a home-base for exploring the area.”

“We lived in the Tacoma area many years and knew of the mental illness/homeless problems. Thought it had improved somewhat. Clearly not! Behind us the Fawcett building appeared to house many mental health victims who were out and about causing unsafe conditions. GGuestsGuests”
