“Upon arriving, the temperature inside the house was warm. Naturally we searched for the thermostat and tried to use the A/C, which to our dismay was not working with temps of 100+ outside. The issue was never resolved during our stay and the communication was horrible. The only thing we were told is that the maintenance worker was out of town and no offer to make it right. “Heather was GREAT to work with, answered all of my questions promptly, and the house was just right for what we needed. A gathering place for team meals -- tight with everyone, but there is a lot of outdoor seating as well -- and a comfortable place to relax in between games. Not a new home, but it fit our needs perfectly. AND -- she mailed (at no charge) a forgotten important item. Thank you Heather!”
