¡Nueva casa con abundante luz natural y un increíble espacio abierto a 3 cuadras de la playa! El primer piso tiene un plano de planta abierto con cocina, comedor y sala de estar, dormitorio principal con baño en suite. El segundo piso tiene tres dormitorios, dos baños y una sala de estar separada; permitiendo que dos grupos ocupen el hogar de forma independiente, pero juntos. La casa es de nueva construcción y ubicación superior. Hay un supermercado a 1 cuadra y hay numerosos bares y restaurantes a poca distancia a pie. Tenga en cuenta que tenemos 2 plazas de aparcamiento a poca distancia de un garaje de estacionamiento.

This home is close to the boardwalk, gift shops, aquarium and many other things. The home is clean- basic simple furnishings, but comfortable. We didn’t have beach towels, but at the end we found out that someone may have forgotten to put them out. I should have called, but

Beautiful new property. Had an issue with AC the first night and weren't able to sleep downstairs as it was 80+ degrees. Property manager was able to fix after that night and we were much more comfortable for rest of stay. Good location two blocks from the beach and lots of shops + restaurants.

Nice property but beware of ants and roaches
We booked this property for 4 days so we can have a nice getaway from the city and have some fun times with our kids. The property is nice and we liked it at first, then after being there for a few hours we discovered that the property is infested with ants and roaches, more ants than roaches. My daughter got bit badly by the ants and had to go to the ER. We did notify the property manager who told us that he came and sprayed the outside of the property, Unfortunately, that didn't make any difference. The property manager was nice, but sometimes getting an answer from him about a question would take half a day or more.

Property and location are great, only negative was the mattresses. All beds were painfully cheap and made sleep difficult. Would recommend upgrading the mattresses.

Great Stay
House is just as advertised and extremely clean as well. Owner was timely with responses and check in was very easy. Frank was there if you needed him, but never dropped by unannounced. Recommend this place for families or groups of friends.

Home away from home
We needed a place to house our family and their two teenage girls. This place worked out perfectly. It surprised me how spacious and cozy it felt at the very same time. We were able to experience a weekend of absolute contentment. The wedding we went to at the Cavalier Resort was so much fun and so close by!!! Frank was polite and helpful. He really knows how to please his guests. Loved it!!

Very nice home for two families
There were two families of four sharing the house, 4 adults and 4 kids. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked out nicely. We shared the common areas comfortably. The beach is 2.5 blocks away and street crossings weren't difficult. Most drivers stopped for us even though we weren't at the light (We were at a crosswalk). The property owner was responsive when we needed him. You can rent this one with confidence!

Nice place just recently updated
The house is nice and roomy n could sleep 8-10. It’s about 21/2 blocks from beach. Some things can be better: 1) place comes th linens n towels but only 1 per person n no wash cloths or dish towels so suggestion would be either lower weekly rate and let renters order they linen service or add more. 2) furniture is needed, downstairs n upstairs only have couch n chair so how many can actually sit play games or watch tv? Should have sectionals or recliners etc. n bedrooms could have some dressers to store clothes 3) no cable available upstairs only downstairs so that would help. Could only stream tv if you have an account. 4) pic on Vrbo shows chairs on front porch but none to be found. I think if some minor tweaks happen at this location the stay would be a 5 star no doubt as it’s close to stores, beach, restaurants, supermarket all walking distance. Manager Frank was very helpful n contactable.

Just right
My family and enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for the 9 of us, and a decent location. The property was clean, in a good location and plenty of room. Short walk to the beach, and even shorter to the grocery store, very convenient. We met Frank shortly after we arrived, he is very personable and treated us as good friends or family. I had the opportunity to chat with him later in the week as well, he recommended some places to go in the area and made sure our stay was going well. I will definitely return to his property in the future.

Nice beach house
This house was beautiful. “Perfectly Spacious” is very accurate. We had enough room to enjoy everyone’s company but also have our own space. Everything was clean, comfy, and nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Back patio and yard area was very nice, although it was too hot outside to enjoy that! It was very beach friendly. There was enough parking, but road is very narrow. We were 3 blocks from the beach and could walk to most destinations. I would absolutely recommend this house especially for a multi family trip! We had a wonderful week!

June weekend girl's getaway
Property is very new in a neighborhood undergoing renovation. It is beautifully and serenely decorated. I thought it was a little closer to the beach, it is about 3 blocks. There were no instructions on how to lock the door in the guest info notebook. A few items were not working properly (master bath towel and toilet paper holder were not on the wall, light over kitchen sink out, one toilet not flushing properly). The property owner responded promptly but not all were fixed during our stay. We did not have enough hand towels for each member of our party. But we had great weather and a terrific time in a spacious and beautiful setting!
