“Homey apartment. Kitchen has everything we need. We slept well. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms were clean. Washer was a big help. There is a dryer rack to hang clothes dry. Very good location. Easy check in. They were helpful with water taxi reservations. Unit is exactly what you see on the pictures posted. It is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. One minute walk to the apt from where the water taxi docks. I felt safe in the area even during late night. ”

“It's on a little alleyway, then behind the green door is the fantastic almost original Venetian home. great location, 5-10mins from most places. And it has a roof terrace!”

“Evin yeri çok iyi San Marco ve Rialto’ya yürüyerek 5 dk mesafede. Etrafında çok güzel restaurantlar var. İç dekorasyonu ve konforu gayet iyi olup sadece ilk eve girişte hafif bir rutubet kokusu var. Isıtması çok iyiydi. ”

“Dpto. muy bien ubicado ( a 4’ de la Basílica de Sn Marcos ) y a pesar de eso, en un vecindario tranquilo y con buenas oportunidades gastronómicas ( de todo tipo y “ nivel”); con personal muy amable y servicial; excelente opción para una Familia pequeña ( o un grupo max. de 4 personas) por qué cuenta con 2 recamaras y 1 1/2 baños! En resumen una muy buena opción para hospedarse en Venecia ”

“Location OK, also quiet. Living room is spacious. But power is really a problem. Once the air con is on, you can hardly use any other appliances (W. M, toaster). The floor could also do a good cleaning. ”

“If you are going to visit Venice this is the place to stay. The cottage was wonderful, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and well stocked with just about everything you could want. Our host Ange was amazing and really made us feel like we belonged there. I’m not sure we’ll ever get the opportunity to return to Venice but if we do this is where we will stay.”
