“Homey apartment. Kitchen has everything we need. We slept well. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms were clean. Washer was a big help. There is a dryer rack to hang clothes dry. Very good location. Easy check in. They were helpful with water taxi reservations. Unit is exactly what you see on the pictures posted. It is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. One minute walk to the apt from where the water taxi docks. I felt safe in the area even during late night. ”

“The house is very well equipped with all kitchen appliances you need, even a splendid BBQ on the terrace. I didn't miss a thing; it was perfect. The boiler was defect, but promptly replaced. So, that doesn't count. The hosts are marvellous, including the friendly dogs. The area is fantastic; you don't even have to reach out very far. I did a hike starting at the house up a hill with wonderful views to lake Trasimeno through nature in blossom. Beautiful!”

“This villa was exactly as described. We loved the outdoor space both right outside the door ( which is protected from the rain) and the space by the pool. Both had ample places to sit and enjoy an early morning coffee or late afternoon glass of wine. All the bedrooms were of adequate size but since there were only four of us we chose the two bedrooms with doors opening to the outside which happened to be on opposite sides of the villa. We just loved our stay and would definitely return....
