“We went to Chalet Gastein in January 2011 and we had no expectations at all. We just booked a cheap hotel. As soon as we arrived we found out that the staff were very service minded and really caring for their guests. We were told that every day we would get breakfast and a three course dinner and that it was all included in the price. This we had no information about when we did our booking and the food was amazingly good. The staff gave us loads of information and we were also invited to go on...

“Hotel a oblast jsme si vybrali s dětmi 4 a 5 let kvůli wellness a herně ve spojení s možností lyžování. Celý pobyt byl úžasný, jídlo a personál na jedničku. Jediné co bychom trochu zlepšili je teplota v dětské herně, ale chápeme, že to není jednoduché. Velmi děkujeme za krásné prostředí ve kterém jsme mohli ztrávit Vánoce.”

“Vi havde et dejligt ophold op Sanotel. Værelserne var af ældre dato, men meget store og rummelige. Rengøring var god. Halvpension var god. Wellness m. sauna og tyrkisk bad var godt, men boblebadet og poolen var ikke så varmt. Hotellet ligger ca. 15 min. gang fra centrum, og når man går fra hotellet til centrum er det meget stejlt. Jeg ville helt sikkert bo der igen. ”
