“The hotel is in a wonderful location, a short (uphill) walk into town. Our apartment was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and a really great little kitchen too. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice, but dinner impressed us the most. Every night there were many excellent options and we never left hungry! I recommend half board if you want the ease of not having to go out for dinner. The wellness area was well kept and had great sauna/steamroom options. Overall a 5-star stay in a 4-star...

“Beautiful surroundings, hotel a little creaky. Food a little pricey but hotel was in a good location with parking. Lots of nearby restaurants on foot. The hotel is also fairly close to the ski lifts too, plus the outer balconies overlook the bottom section of the waterfall. If you walk around to the left side of the hotel on the main road you can reach the upper mid-section of the waterfall without needing further transportation. We had a hire car and didn’t realise that to get to the resorts,...

“Bag Gastein is a wonderfull villiage and the waterfall is amazing and just a few steps away from the hotel. Also beautifull routes to walk start nearby. The room are a bit dated but they are very clean and big. The bath was very nice. ”
