“Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. Ansonsten waren...

“All the staff were great. The spa facility is very impressive with great views from roof top pool and the Finnish sauna room. We were given an upgrade to a bigger room on arrival which was a lovely touch. We were skiing and the hotel is a long way up a steep hill to the gondola. There is a public bus or you can pay for ski lockers at the bottom of the gondola. My only criticism of the hotel is the evening food options were disappointing and means that you really need to go out to find...
