“Our family 5 adults including three children ages 3, 2, and 2 months and also our 85 year old mother. It was a great open space on the main floor for all of us to be together. The basement rec area and theatre seating were great for a movie night. Everything was very clean. The only thing we didn’t like was the amount of stairs for the kids and mother to go up and down. We definitely would stay there again. ”

“Lovely time with a couple good friends in this unique home with a relaxing vibe. Plenty of room for our needs, enjoyed viewing the art and decor in each space. Hosts are easygoing and friendly. Great location in NE. Looking forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the yard and river! ”

“We had a lovely stay! The house was warm and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed to make a perfect Christmas Eve dinner and it was a great place to hang out for family time! We will be back!”

The table was big enough to hold us and it had all the cooking supplies we needed to be able make some meals. The property manager was very helpful and answered any question I had in a timely manner. ”

“Very pleased with this rental. Clean house, everything worked well, and the beds were comfortable. The futon in the office was not obvious on my initial booking, but worked out great with privacy and a comfortable set up for 4 adults. Would rent from here again :)”

“I’d like to give them a higher rating because every time a problem popped up they worked to solve it! But when we arrived four hours after check-in time last Sunday, the owner seemed to have no advance notice of our week-long booking. The apartment wasn’t cleaned yet and a family member was taking a shower. They were very apologetic about it and we waited about an hour before moving in. We did like the location and the unit was fine overall!”

“The size of the property was bigger than expected. It was extremely cold when we arrived. The thermostat was set to 59 degrees. Not a huge deal. We didn't use them, but the fridge and stove worked. Overall it was very clean and spacious. I believe it was well worth the price.”

“This hotel was perfect for my stay in Minneapolis. Situated near Target Field, Target Center, and the light rail, I couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel was quiet and secure and I appreciated the many amenities offered. I found the floors in the room to be a little grimy/sticky, but aside from that, everything appeared clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Minneapolis.”
