This has always been provided in any short term rental we have booked, it should be required. Great location and parking. Very close to everything. ”

“We had an incredible weekend in Cape Charles at Drop Anchor. We've been renting places in CC for the past 10 years, and this was the cleanest and most well-appointed home we've ever rented. My husband and I invited 4 friends to CC for the weekend bc they had never been, and they fell in love with everything! The golf cart was amazing, and we had the best time. “We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. ”

“Great property. Was as listed. Very clean and well equipped! We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal for a family of .8 and had every dish, pot, etc that was needed! There was even a Christmas tree ❤️. We had the best Thanksgiving and made many memories with our whole crew. Thank you for sharing your home!”

“Positively beautiful view, excellent location, layout great. Bathrooms and Kitchen were clean and well maintained. Some suggestions: put a handrail at pool steps, vents,especially on wall in living room were filthy. Outside windows covered with bugs. Beach chairs and umbrella were all broken. For some reason hot water came out of both faucets in both masters. Minor changes would really enhance one’s stay but otherwise an enjoyable week.”
