“Property was fantastic for our family of 6 with 4 teenagers. It would easily sleep more, but we especially loved the location. Close to outlets, grocery store, walking path, beach, and Jockey's Ridge. Don't miss Blue Moon Grill for dinner and Surfin' Spoon for the best ice cream sandwiches! It was our first time to the Outer Banks and we would stay here again in a heart beat!”

“We had an amazing time at this home on our trip. The proximity of the beach was truly perfect and the beach was not very crowed at all. The location was also near restaurants and attractions that gave us lots of fun things to do when we were out and about. We would love to stay here again! Just can’t say enough great things about this beach house!”

“This was the perfect house for our family and friends getaway! We spent all our time enjoying meals and fellowship looking out of the big beautiful windows! Perfect setup with 3 master bedrooms! Did not want to leave!!!”

“this was a nice house. we enjoyed the beach views from the porch and hot tub. walking distance to pier and pier restaurant. beds are really showing their age but we were not picky sleepers. Had to make our own beds but I think we read this in the listing. I would stay here again but would hope the beds are refreshed by then.”

“I had a wonderful time on my trip the only thing I didn't like was the parking in the screen door automated locked us in thank goodness then it was another group coming because we would have had to figure out how to get out the door but other than that it was a wonderful trip and I love it”

“All was well place was clean.only one thing the cleaning staff doesn't check the dryer. We could not get the filter out. There was so much lint in there .we had to take the vacuum and clean down into the bottom of the dryer”

“This house is in a great location with easy access from Hwy 64. Plenty of space for a crowd of friends or family. Comfortable large kitchen, dining/great room with Keurig and standard coffee makers. Very comfortable beds. We had a group of eight friends and everyone was happy with their accommodations. The elevator is great for packing in and packing out. Very happy with the house.”

“The property was centrally located to go literally everwhere within a 15-20 minute timeline. Our extended family had a lot of room in the house and each bedroom having their own bathroom was the best aspect of the home. The communication with the host was fantastic, he was very responsive to our calls. We had a small number of issues like an electric outage or leaving behind a wallet. The host was very responsive. I would recommend this property especially for large groups.”

“Location was excellent, right on the beach. Top and back deck areas are very nice to hang out during cooler nights. Did have to vacuum upon arrival as there was still sand on the ground, a long with dog/ children toys left under the couch. It is pretty difficult to get onto the beach, though, because you have to go up a pretty steep sand dunes (although the neighbors let us use their deck which made it easier)”

“Kitchen is not stocked, bring your own pots and pans and ignore the pic of the kitchen with the Keurig, there isn't one. Bad smell coming from 1st floor bathroom, hope they get that fixed quick. Beds were comfortable and views of the ocean great, make sure you have 4x4 vehicles for this place, so way a car or minivan could stay here...and only 2 vehicles also...so hopefully you don't need all those beds in the house. We had 11 people and 3 vehicles, it was a lot it of a nightmare ”
