“The communication was excellent. I received a response to my emails within 30 minutes if not sooner. The property was as described with a large area in the TV room where we could all gather and play games. Location was easy to find with enough parking spots for 5 cars. Check-in was super easy as they left the door unlocked so we could get right in. We arrived on Christmas day and as an added surprise they let us check-in at noon instead of 4pm. That was huge!! “Was the worst place I have ever rented walked in looked around, things were broken like doors and not that clean, just not nice at all. Left and went to another hotel and stayed there. Had to give one star to be able to put up this review.”

“The Villa was a good location to host events for a larger party. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hang out. The private beach on the lane was perfect for a lake day too. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. There aren't any plates, cups, or cooking materials in the house, so I’d advise to bring your own. Same with coffee filters too.”
