We asked the host for a refund when we got there and he emailed me back saying vrbo wouldn't let him according to the rules and to get ahold of them. There were crumbs on the floor, hairs on the sheets, and the bathroom sink was dirty. Isabella was a Rockstar though and tried her best.”

“The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Communication was not as expedient as I required but eventually my concerns were addressed. My gripe is with VRBO. Extra fees added to what I thought was a fair price resulted in doubling the cost and making the stay out of my budget. Also the "free water park passes" were not available and haven't been since 2020.”
