“I was here during Hurricane Helene. The owners contacted me right away about moving furniture inside (not a problem). The place is clean, cozy and cute. Kitchen fully loaded and I had lots of pots to fill with water (a hurricane was coming!) The beach theme throughout the place matched my vibe perfectly! Although the furniture upholstery needs a good make over, I loved the rattan! No candles or flashlight so I bought a pack of them for myself. Appreciated the big frig and the extra one outside....

“We chose this place because we wanted a new place with access to new beaches and places we hadn’t been before and this gave us that. The owner was very nice and helpful. They were accessible throughout our journey and eager to help us anytime we needed it. They answered all our questions. I would recommend this location for your family vacation and the pool is great!!!!”

“Enjoyed the spacious floorplan and rooms with separate bathrooms. We were disappointed with a few items. The lack of complete cups, dishes, utensils, and silverware. Also, the master bathroom wasn't stocked with toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, soap, or washcloths. The bath towels and pool towels could use an update and be more plenty.”

The one star that was deducted is for bad communication: - We find out that the pool heater we paid for was broken after we did troubleshooting for a day. “Overall this worked great for us. About 2 blocks from the gulf coast. Fishing access on an inlet behind the house and pool was great for us and kids. Out of the way for major island traffic but close enough to the coast to walk and enjoy it”

“This was our first experience with any private rental, as seniors was very easy.The owner’s description was very accurate. This was very easy and close to go to Anna Maria Island and any place wanted to go with ease of no traffic. Will rent again when in this area. The property was very enjoyable and quite ,very relaxing and felt very secure. We felt that if we neeeded anything it was taken care of. The pool was nice. Had lots of privacy also. So hated to leave , we felt comfortable and bed...

“Very good service, everything super friendly. The food was very good. the apartments have a lot of space and the location of the hotel is spectacular, and very clean. This year my family and I have visited here twice and it has definitely become our favorite place. The river is super big and the setting is wonderful. Always very well attended by Sam, Valeria and the cafeteria Danny. ”

“We had some amazing days in this beach house as a family. Everything you need, plus everything is brand new so you kindda feel like you are in a 5 stars house. the beach is 2 blocks away and is really really nice. we had been to some other anna maria island beaches but i think we all prefer this one. Also, the service by phone is really good, they take care of anything you may need. Will come back again.”
