“I came down from Tampa for a few days and this was perfect. It's walking distance to pretty much anything you'll need; grocery store, breakfast spot, 1mi to the beach. The house is adorable. Things to note: low ceilings (watch your head if you're tall), minimal dishes (brings your own), the Internet is super spotty (bring a hotspot). The area is nice and I walked my dog around a lot. “This was our first experience with any private rental, as seniors was very easy.The owner’s description was very accurate. This was very easy and close to go to Anna Maria Island and any place wanted to go with ease of no traffic. Will rent again when in this area. The property was very enjoyable and quite ,very relaxing and felt very secure. We felt that if we neeeded anything it was taken care of. The pool was nice. Had lots of privacy also. “This house was perfect for our family of 8. It is in a great location and an easy walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart so getting around was no problem during the week of spring break. All new pots and pans and enough kitchen supplies for our needs. There were floaties in the garage and other items that were left behind from previous renters, so that was a plus. “A time was had at this beautiful home! There is a smell like someone had a dog the past stay, but overall the vibes of this home is immaculate and you will definitely see me again soon. The host Brandon is someone who won’t disappoint if you’re looking for a chill spot, it’s definitely going to be this one. Love the salt water pool it’s not too deep for those with kids. Loved everything about this spot and hope you all get to experience it!”
