“This was the perfect rental property for us. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The home was clean and the backyard pool and seating areas were perfect on the cool windy days. Beds were comfy and shower head provided a stream of water that was the right amount of water pressure and water stream. Also had all the kitchen utensils and kitchen ware to make for an easy place to make a meal. Living room was relaxing and had plenty of comfortable seating. Great stay. Would love to have a...

“The location of the property was fantastic. The house had some issues. The door handle to the balcony was laying on the deck when we arrived. One of the bed frames was broken. The upstairs shower would not shut off completely. Everything was communicated to the property manager by 8 pm the night we arrived. It took several days to get these things resolved. The shower took the longest. It was Wednesday before it was fixed. The house also lacked pots to cook in and a toaster.”

“The house was very clean with helpful amenities. However, the only complaint we have would be about the water pressure in the showers. Overall, it was a great experience in a great location, very close to the beach!”

“The place was great and the neighborhood quiet. Our only problem was the washing machine which was indeed broken. When I was communication with the property manager they were so nonchalant about the probem. I know it was 7 am in the morning but we really needed the spin cycle to work to get the clothes dry. They wanted me to U-tube the issue and fix it myself. We ended up ringing the clothes out before drying them. It was just an unfortunate dilemma but we got through it.”

It was very clean, modern and well appointed, including nice touches like coffee, easy labeling, local recommendations and all the kitchen items you need to feel comfortable and at home. In addition, the location is great, just minutes from the beach, downtown Sarasota, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended!”
