“We enjoyed our stay. The pool alarms were a bit cumbersome. We didn't need them. The kitchen is not open to the living space. The mattresses need to be changed, especially in the twin/trundle. Otherwise, it was very peaceful, and we enjoyed access to the canal and lounging in the pool!! ”

“Great location. Property smelled like cat urine but we understand that this is a pet friendly location. We bought new plugins to manage the smell. A few ants in the kitchen but mostly clean. Shower curtain needs to be replaced in guest bathroom (moldy). The lock was tricky but we replaced the batteries after calling help desk. Overall, we would recommend to others.”

“A few of us missed connecting flights thanks to “ Tropical storm/ Hurricane Debby” but once we arrived it made all the travel stress worth it. Beautiful home, kids loved the pool and the beach was amazing. This might be our new annual family destination. ”

“Property is beautiful with an amazing view of the bay! My children LOVED the pool and hot tub! So quiet and peaceful and very relaxing and just minutes from the best beaches! Will definitely be back!”

“The House was fantastic. Very nice and comfortable. The pool area was great for hanging out, in fact there’s almost no reason to leave the house. Location was great, beach walking distance.”

“We loved this beachfront property, it was perfect for our family. The layout was nice, we had space for privacy and togetherness. The views were spectacular from the porch we got to see the sunrise and sunsets. The house is located in an upscale neighborhood within walking distance to Motte Marina. The kitchen had everything you might need to cook, also provided were linens and towels, as well as beach chairs. We hope to return soon.”

“The property was just as described. Location was great, walking distance to the beautiful beach. Loved the high ceilings in the unit. Only recommendation I would make is to put lights on the front deck as we would’ve love to stay out however it was too dark. Great place to stay to enjoy Anna Maria Island.”

“House was nice, but floors were dirty and grill broke. The rental company came out and repaired the grill once we informed them of the issue. ”

“The porpertys location is perfect. The beach is a short walk with many beach access roads on the way. We usually went through the beach access roads because it was always quiet with very few people. Convenience store and ice cream shops about 5 minutes away. The pool was clean and warm. They came and cleaned it twice. Only issue we had was on the last day one of the alarms on the window came off and kept beeping. We notified the property management and it wasnt a big deal. Beds were comfortable...

“It was perfect Just what we needed right by the beach”

“This was our 2nd time staying at this house and it is perfect for our family of 5. We enjoy being able to see the beach from the house and the short walk there. This house is a steal compared to others in the area. Not having to walk up and down stairs is a big bonus. We loved the remodel from last year and hope to stay here again in the future. My son loves the coconuts the host has for us to drink from and was so happy they were offered again this stay.”

“From the very beginning I was extremely grateful to Carolyn for her caring and concern and letting me change my vacation dates due to my husband's surgery. Once we were there on our new dates, the house was immaculate, and you COULD NOT ask for a BETTER location!!! Every single thing was there and provided for the beach! She even gave a 2-page detailed recommendations on restaurants and things to do!! Here boat Captain Dana gave us the best dolphin tour and was so funny and just a great...
