“The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that ”

“My wife and I wanted the opportunity to visit the new waterfront park, and this condo is in a perfect location. It’s also very close to the vibrant Queen Anne scene with all its restaurants and shopping. The unit checks all the basic boxes, and is quite functional. We especially appreciated the use of a parking permit which allowed us to park just a block away and ignore Seattle’s indecipherable parking regulations.”

It was so close to most of the places we went to visit. I had a little difficulty checking in, but nothing unmanageable. The only problem we did have had to do with the parking.
