“You feel right at home staying at this beautiful property. Every room is very nicely furnished and the quality of bedding is excellent.The property is very close to the Busselton foreshore, making walks with the dog great.The view across the road to the cricket grounds is also very nice from inside the living room looking out. The atmosphere in the back yard is peaceful both day and night with the yard lit up.The BBQ is also the best one I've ever had at a holiday home.”

“Spacious location, veranda and lower courtyard fenced off for a safe place to let your dog roam. BBQ, bonfire and kitchen facilities provided including firewood. The fishpond, birdbath and veranda are frequently visited by birds, lizards and possums!Airconditioners worked very well despite being there for a heatwave. Most importantly owners allow dogs!”

“House was great and had lots of different areas to sit and relax. My 3 year old niece particularly enjoyed the spa bath :) Chris was great with communication which made everything that much easier. Would definitely recommend. ”

“This house has plenty of space for a family of four + a dog. It's clean and close to the beach, but it lacks the "home away from home" feel and feels sterile. Some artwork on the walls would make a difference to the appearance of the property, as would replacing the daggy and ill-fitting window dressings. The house would also benefit from having a dog flap. ”

“When we arrived, the bedding and towels were not cleaned up and replaced from the previous guests. I had to ring around and waste time waiting for the lady to come and change the manchester. Since that wasn't done upon our arrival, I figured that the property most likely had not been cleared, so I cleaned the bathroom. Also I booked for 4 people for 4 nights and we were presented with 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1of each complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The hand wash was empty in...

“We had family visiting from England and decided on a last minute getaway to MR, what an amazing accomodation this is, loads of space and the gardens are beautiful. Our party consisted of 8 adults and a baby and we were not disappointed with our choice, a big table for great family dinners and space if you needed quiet time. All in all a fabulous place to spend a weekend, will definitely come back ”
