“The location is fantastic, walking distance to multiple coffee shops, restaurants and stores. We had 4 people there for most of the time and the unit is spacious and very comfortable. I brought a bike to get in a couple of rides and loved having the security of the garage to store my bike. We enjoyed several beach and bay walks, just a few minutes walk to be on the beach at the ocean or on the path around Mission Bay. We liked it so much we plan to return next winter!”

“The space was tight but had everything we needed the cost was fair. The location was good for exploring San Diego and then making an early trip to the airport. We had a little trouble with the lock the first time but the host was quick to answer the phone and helped to fix the problem. ”

“We loved staying here! It was perfect for all the Marine Corps graduation events for celebrating our grandson. So convenient to everything at the MC base, the airport, and close to all the stuff we wanted to take in while in SD, like Balboa Park, Point Loma. Extra bonus that we could walk right into Old Town from the house!”

“Well appointed home with full kitchen, even a frother. Attached garage, very quiet neighborhood walking distance to beach. Small pool and a hot tub. Grocery shopping within 5 minute drive. As rush hour is south to north in the morning and north to south in the evening, easy access to San Diego attractions during the day. Just 20-25 minute drive to zoo, balboa park, seaport.”

“The home was clean and the listing was accurate! The house is walking distance to several restaurants, bars, the beach, etc. Having a garage to park our rental car in was super convenient!! The owners have thought about all the needs for those renting the home. We will definitely rent this place again! ”

“The house felt very roomy and open. We didn't cook but the kitchen has tons of room and lots of ammenities! The bed is very comfortable with lots of pillow options amd the neighborhood was very quiet. There was a slight moldy smell in the house but we got used to it. The host was extremely friendly and reachable which was helpful when we needed her. Super happy about the driveway parking spot too!! Very close to everything!!”

“The house is located in a great central spot close to all the great San Diego attractions. Check-in was easy once I received instructions. House was clean and it was well stocked, plenty of space for my family of 5. I didn’t have any issues. The weather was nice. I would definitely consider staying again, perhaps in the summer so we can take a swim in the pool since it was too cold this time.”

“Location was perfect, right in the middle of beach and bay. Supermarket less than 1 mile away, restaurants very close by and walkable. All SD attractions were 15-20 mins max from the house. Joanne was a great host and very easy to get a hold of. ”
