“It’s not our first time and definitely not the last stay in this amazing house. Besides breathtaking views of lake Isabella, house is super clean, cozy and just has everything you can possibly need. My family truly enjoy the place so much that we already making plans to come back. The host is super friendly, quick to respond and very accommodating.”

“Great place to gather and stay after our daytime adventures around Kernville. We all agreed we'd stay here again anytime!”

“Property was great. Plenty of information throughout the house identifying what was what and how to do various things around the house. If i had to complain about something would be that some newer mattresses in the main house would be ideal. I might just be getting old though lol. Pete was super helpful accommodating us staying an extra day. 10/10 nice guy”

“The area was beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was large and well equipped, the house had heated flooring throughout and a fireplace which complimented the winter ambiance, the house offered board games, ping-pong and pool table; the outdoor areas were fun to explore and offered good lighting; the gated property felt safe and secure. The host made herself available throughout our stay and answered our questions. However, the hidden event...

“Great stay at Mani's house on the lake. Safe quiet neighborhood, and peaceful relaxing outdoor space for lounging by the lake and watching the ducks. Wi-fi was spotty at times, and as others have noted, the pool cues could use new tips (or, just tips, period), but this place had more than most, and I felt there was great value for the rental rate. Would def stay again if in the area.”

“Room is cute but not as advertised.There are 2 ceiling fans in the room.The one over the bed was clean.But the other one was really dirty.There was previous stains on one of the chairs that she covered with a towel to hide and the coffee pot was absolutely gross.There was like something growing in the water reservoir.The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean enough”

“This was a cute place and we only had to drive 7 minutes to get to the snow. The listing says there is a third bedroom with a sleeping couch but most won’t fit that sleeping couch. We still managed to fit our whole party in the 2 bedrooms, but it was tight.”

“Private riverside retreat. Lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy. During our stay the river flow was very fast and there were quite a lot of rafts and kayakers going by. So very cool to watch and cheer them on. The house had all the amenities you could think of- meaning you could cook and not have to brimg anything from home - like OMG I forgot the can opener...Ive done that before. Landscaping like a beautiful park. The sounds of the river were refreshing and lulled you into a good sleep. Oh to...
