“This house is really clean and soo cute inside. Definitely will come back again . Belinsa is really nice person.”

My only feedback is that nearly all of the TV-related remotes had dead batteries, so we had to consolidate batteries from a single working remote and continually move them around. The best part was the location! Only 15 minutes from the front door to Downtown Disney. I will definitely stay here again!”

The views are spectacular!We awake both mornings to dolphins swimming nearby, pelicans flying overhead, the sound of the waves, and views of Santa Monica is the distance. The property is well designed, light, spacious, comfortable and the proximity to both Mailibu and Santa Monica makes this convenient, private home excellent for travellers. ”

“ We had a little difficulty finding and checking in to the property in the dark, but Jacky quickly answered our call and helped us through the process. There is no heat in the main living area but the heaters in the bedrooms were very efficient and helpful there. A few more amenities would have been appreciated (paper towels, Kleenex, etc.) We weren’t able to locate any check-out instructions, so we’re hoping there weren’t any. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the property!!!”

“This exquisite home is literally located exactly 1/2-1 block to the beach! This neighborhood was quiet and very accessible(walkable) to a delicious variety of restaurants and food choices. The home is well-stocked with all of the fun beach equipment!”

We did not make unreasonable noise for an unreasonable time. “This vacation was for my dad's 60th birthday. Our family ranges from infants to adults and it was perfect for all. The top floor was our favorite place to hang out, with the rooftop balcony and pool table for entertainment. We also loved the beach access and waking up daily to make breakfast with these beautiful views. The ceiling-to-floor windows let us watch dolphins and whales while making meals together. It was magical. This was by far the best birthday trip my dad could have asked for....

“We stayed there over thanksgiving weekend and the house was great for 4 adults and 3 kids. the location was perfect to visit Disneyland and also the ocean and very close to John Wayne airport. The home had everything we needed. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but hey, it’s not home. Toilet paper was thin, so we purchased some from the store and there was no washcloths or klenex’s. “Home was average. It wasn’t super clean, but not bad either. The entire place had been redone with flooring and paint and everything that made it nice but it had a funny smell and we just couldn’t quite feel cozy. The parking was narrow and with our big suv it caused some issues, the shrubs just need to be trimmed back for space there. The master bed was too firm for us but our kids said the other beds were comfortable. Having laundry was great. Also there was no soap for washing hands and I...
