“What an amazing vacation! Took my family of 7 and our dog to the tree-house for a 4-night stay and had such a great time. Even though this is a treehouse in the woods, the location was extremely clean - my kids ran around in their crocs for the majority of the vacation and had no problem. It's the easiest time you'll have "roughing it." The setup inside was perfect and plenty of places to sleep. “Wonderful property that was perfect for my husband and I to get away, unplug and relax. Everything that we needed was provided, and we loved just sitting on the porch and watching the wildlife. Excellent proximity to the Bethel Woods Arts Center - we attended a concert there and went to the Woodstock museum (highly recommend the Behind the Scenes tour!). We would absolutely stay here again when back in the area!”

“I don't like to put negative energy out into the Universe BUT... from the steep slippery stairs to the upside down entry door to the lack of water- no water at all in the morning- then the sulfuric water. And then there was the creepy cat picture on the wall. We named the place the S King Lodge after our favorite horror writer. The stairs alone are a red red flag. “It was a lovely stay with easy access to the water. I recommend walking to the antique store nearby and consider bringing your own tube and life jacket.”

“We really enjoyed this cozy little college next to the lake. It was a perfect place to stay when going to multiple nights of concerts at Bethel Woods. We would love to return some time. The owner is kind and communicative and the entire process was very stress free. Great little place for a couple.”

“This is a very interesting and unique place and I’m glad we stayed here - it was perfect for seeing Phish 3 nights in a row at nearby Bethel Woods - but there are some major drawbacks renters should be aware of. One is that the parking situation is horrendous. The parking area is on a different road behind the cabin and is actually a pretty far walk over treacherous rocks, and the parking area is very small - there’s only room for 2 small cars or one big vehicle. “We liked the place it was relaxing. However we dont know when it happened, but we werent notified til a day or 2 before arrival that the sauna had been destroyed.due to a storm. Also bring socks or slippers as there are signs upon arrival of no shoes allowed in house.”
