“I didn’t have hot water the first day, but staff were very efficient to get that fixed….. My only complaint is the comfort of the bed I would give a 2/10 but every is different and some people prefer harder beds ”

“We stayed here for the night as we passed through on our travels. It is an old building, originally from the 1890s according to google. The room was clean and smelled good on entry. The beds were made and crisp clean sheets. All of the lights worked, there was coffee, tea, milk, a jug and refrigerator. The toilet had a piece broken on the lip but didn't affect operation. For an old place it was very well presented and had its charm. Better than a lot of newer places i have stayed. I wish...

“Room was very clean.it included an in wall air conditioner, ceiling fan, bench and chair, blockout curtains, wardrobe, iron and ironing board, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, full set of crockery and cutlery, spare twin 3 point plug with win USB charging outlets, full bathroom linen and accessories. Room was quiet. Parking outside of room. Excellent staff and good low cost meals.”

“Well maintained. Very comfortable beds. Good pressure of water, I will stay again when travelling to Brisbane. Dinner was a bit of challenge. Most of restaurants closed and pub was so busy probably due to school holiday. But basic meal filled our bellies n had a good sleep.”

“First of all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room (mind you it was a standard) was gorgeous. Clean, modern, all the kitchen facilities to cook your own meal if you wanted to or to use a microwave. They had a washing machine / dryer combo in the room, making it very helpful to clean your own clothes. Pool, gym, cinema, buffet breakfast and dinner. Fabulous place to stay. I had several usb points in my room to allow charging of all electronics.”
