“It was a cute little cottage. We didn't think it was cleaned...and having little ones, its important. We pulled the futon out and were surprised by all the crumbs that were in the crease. Also the fans were full of dust and a lounge chair was tore. Instructions were out dated..or not for that cottage. They instructed to leave dishes in dishwasher but theres no dishwasher. Instructions did say there was a quiet time and having to wear wrist bands, and one parking spot per rental. We saw more...

I love how they have a board with recommendations the check in was smooth and the unit was spotless this is the cleanest Vrbo I have stayed in. I truly felt at home. “Had a nice time at hummingbird haven. Tv lost setup at 8:45 Thursday night. Tried resetting router amp with no luck. Also was emergency next door at 6:50 am Friday with strobe lights lighting my room up. But that can happen anywhere, so I’m not deducting for this. Had good hamburger from city grill and goo Mexican food by Brookshiresand good breakfast at granny b.”

“The apartment was spacious with thoughtful elements for storage and convenience. The location cannot be beat with easy access to the San Marcos square with shopping, dining, and nightlife. You can park your car and walk to all of these places as well as the San Marcos river for recreation. It’s a great place to stay!”

“Was a perfect place to stay. Nice night life, college atmosphere. Very interesting place not far from Austin. Actually apartment was perfect. The only draw back is parking, was difficult to find a place late without paying for parking. Beside that minor detail everything was great . Gave late check out and very accommodating. ”

“Perfect place for our group of 18. 9 tweens/teens, and 9 adults! We let the kids take the large bedroom upstairs. It was great that the kids had the upstairs and the adults had the downstairs. We spent so much time in the pool and the kitchen was exactly what this group needed! The house has an eclectic layout, with so many beds and so many couches!
