“Such a cozy space! A perfect place away from the city but close enough to San Marcos for river and small town activities! Absolutely loved it ”

“Cozy little bungalow. It was difficult to find the cottage in the dark, but otherwise the check-in was seamless. Very quiet and secluded. It is an older cottage, but remodeled with antique charm. The WiFi and air conditioning worked well. There was great water pressure in the shower although the shower head was a little low.”

“Cute house! Perfect size for my family. We came for family Weekend at TXST and its close & convenient. The king size bed is very comfortable!! It's more like a studio than one bedroom as bed is in the living room area along with a couch that folds into a bed. We had one small issue when the tv wouldn't turn on and the host came right over. Kitchen is well equiped, nice outdoor seating area. This is our 2nd time to stay in one of the hosts houses and we'll definitely book again!!”

“This place is a gem! As we entered the neighborhood to the home, we were greeted by several deer. I wanted to play with them; they were so cute! Marlen met us at the property and showed us around, ensuring we were comfortable and addressing any questions or concerns we had. Everything was clean and made you feel at home. I loved waking up in the morning and hearing the birds sing, as well as getting visits from the deer. I highly recommend staying here, and I look forward to my next visit. ”
