“This 2 bedroom unit is quite nice for two couples as the bedrooms are on either side of the unit. We had some initial issues with the plumbing/hot water and lighting, but the property manager was very responsive and they were corrected promptly. Easy check-in and check-out. Parking can be a bit of an issue for two cars as most spaces are assigned. Overall, I good place to stay if needing something in proximity to Texas Medical Center and MDAnderson.”

“Frequent traveler (over 50 nights a year). Terrible experience, No hot water for the 3 days on my stay, after contacting them, a technician was sent twice and a few hours before check out they said technician couldn't find an issue and ovoid and compensation. I asked for reservation to be canceled and the kept delaying a reply to the last minute. Overall fell very dishonest. Also small worms were coming out of the shower with the cold water. It is not super fancy, but it does have your basic amenities for a comfortable stay, including a large soaker bath! My son enjoyed the bath the most. “The listing was very accurate and the apartment was very nice. Onsite employees were friendly and helpful. I was concerned with parking availability before the trip but used the $10 valet and had no problems. The only draw back was the amount of homeless people in the surrounding area and didn't really work around the area much. Serious maintenance issues around: the floor in the hallway is peeling up, one of the fire exits is zip-tied shut (?!?!), and worst of all, an empty unit had a smoke alarm chirping the whole time I was there. The unit owner was unable to get the property management company to resolve that during my four days there.”
