“Very nice location for quiet stay in St.Martin. Rental Car is a must. Drive from the airport at rush hour (4 to 6 PM) will exceed a hour for just under 9 miles. Hostess Sabrina met us at the villa and provided an excellent tour of the property and advice on locations to visit. Check out was easy as well. AC is only in the bedrooms, Ceiling fans in all rooms though. Pool is very relaxing and a great place to soak up the sun! Kayak or use the water taxi to Pinel Island. Grad Case is about a 10...

“This house was very clean, spacious, and beds super comfy! It is in the best location on the island! It is at the quieter end of Grand Case, but all within easy walking distance. We enjoyed being right on the beach with huge patio to enjoy the amazing view and beach access. Some of the best snorkeling of our trip was at the end of the beach (west end) by the rocks. “It was a cozy logcabin house with just enough space for a family of 4. Large pool and patio area to relax by and enjoy the warm weather. The owners are super friendly and very informative. We even got to spend the New Year together on their patio watching the fireworks. We would definitely return for another visit. Thank you Judith and Richard! ”
