“I love everything about this resort, the food, the ambiance ,the people . Light house food was amazing . The staff were extremely helpful and friendly ( Erick the bartender, Marco the chef , Kenya and Leon the Ambassadors) the all make sure we were taking care I would return to this resort with my eyes closed 10 out of 10”

No beach towels despite askig for them 3 hours, can´t get bottled water pas 7 pm... can´t call guest services to book a venue, you have to go personally, no hair Dryer despite requesting it for two consecutive days.... Not what you´d expect from a $700 / night hotel...... People are nice bur service Really Mediocre”

“I had such high expectations for this stay. The Pros: When we first arrived, the woman that checked us in was so nice. The room was nice and clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The view was beautiful and we loved the mini pool. The Cons: It’s “all inclusive” but you have to go during the breakfast, lunch and dinner hours. The service for the meals was really hit or miss, being mostly a miss. A few times the servers literally forgot about us. It took so long to order and get our food...

“The staff was amazing and catered to your needs . Rasta beach was so pleasant . The water wasn’t really swim able. The other beach was nicer . The food was good . The room had a beautiful view of the beach . It’s also a 5 minute walk to long bay beach which is beautiful with restaurants . Will be coming back soon ”
