“We called the day before check in and was told that the property was under renovations. Full payment was already made. We are awaiting a refund. We gave spoken to persons at Expedia who indicated that the host has to cancel the reservation first. We are still awaiting feedback and a full refund. Extremely disappointing. Property should NOT be listed and full payment take if under renovations.”

“Glendon has a beautiful home that is surrounded by a secured gate and protected with an alarm system. Her home easily accommodated my 20 family members and friends, who came on our trip, and could’ve easily accommodated to additional guest for a total of 22. Her cooking is amazing, there is a neat surprise that the entire family will enjoy in the backyard, and she was a wealth of information, including helping to know the best places to go and securing transportation. “I booked this home, after payment i was then alerted by owner that the accommodation isn't available due to renovations. He mentioned having another with no additional cost. I saw some pictures and decided to stay at the new place. However i inquire about the wash and dryer as it was one of the amenities and was assured that the apartment had these items. “The employees were friendly and helpful. There were some safety issues at this property. I fell in the bathroom because the tub was very high and the step to enter was too low. The room door needs a peephole. The step on the outside leading to the second floor has one stair two inches higher than the other stairs where i bounce my toes numerous times. “We traveled to Tobago for a scuba diving trip in Speyside, and we stayed at Chacachaca Villa, which was less than 10 minutes ‘up d road’ from the Tobago Dive Experience. For us, the location was perfect. This house is perched on the western facing side of the Flag Staff ridge, which means spectacular sunsets!
