“Great location. Lovely accommodation, with all bedrooms great size, lounge large and bright, and a massive dining table. Kitchen had everything you could need, and more crocks than seen anywhere else. All very clean and tidy. A very comfortable home from home for a family holiday including toddlers and dogs. Would definitely think about going back. Our first time to the Salcombe area, which we really enjoyed, both Salcombe and the spectacular surrounding coastline and villages.”

“Great for family gatherings or parties. The Cinema, pool room and hot tub were a great addition to the villa. Rooms are nicely done, the kitchen and diner are just perfect.”

“Spacious, character, stone built property with a generous garden and sea views. Cool inside during hot weather which was a bonus. Comfortable general areas. Parking for a van plus 2 cars. Quiet location. Steps down to the kitchen are not ideal. Fish pond could be a risk. Suited us very well. A return visit. Highly recommend. So handy for Bantham Beach and for relaxing in the evening.”

“Property is beautiful and accommodated 16 of us. Only issues- no crib or high chair upon arrival; however this was resolved fairly quickly. Distances to Dartmouth and coves, particularly walking, were longer and more difficult than advertised.”

“What can we say other than “absolutely fabulous “. The house is amazing with beautiful views and facilities. Every bedroom is a good size so no one felt disadvantaged . The pool is perfect and beautifully warm . A big advantage is the local pub where we enjoyed a wonderful Sunday Roast . We felt very privileged to stay here and will visit again .”

“Fab house with everything you need for a great holiday, Lenka was very helpful and quick to reply. Location excellent for costal walks with plenty of restaurants and bars in Paignton or Torquay which is only 2.5 miles away. Would definitely recommend.”
