“Great location, close some excellent restaurants. Easy walk to boardwalk, Scotia Centre and Downtown ( maybe 10 min). Didn’t realize it was a basement apartment ( only 4 steps down from grade).”

“We stayed here for 1 night, beautiful view of the bay of Fundy. We were travelling with our 2 yorkies, so we really got our exercise, we were on the 3 floor, no public elevator so a lot of stairs, property was lovely. ”

“The building seemed a bit run down on first impression. It was also somewhat difficult to find as the address was number 30 but the house had different numbers at the front. However once we figured it out, the parking was great and the apartment was very nice. We found several places to eat within an easy walk. The host was very responsive. Our only suggestion is the couch in the living room is not very comfortable and sags when you sit down. ”

Unit is in a prior commercial or retail space so not best outside appeal but was quiet and safe while we were there 2 days. Other units in the building. Good value. Clean and comfortable. ”

“Wonderful apartment! Love the upgrades but also the original character of door hardware and the built in ironing board in the kitchen. Walkable coffee shops, bars and restsurants. Close driving distance to wineries and historic areas. ”

“Great location. Lots of fun places to eat within walking distances, superstore, liquor store, pubs coffee shops!! Washer & Dryer were great onsite and very convenient for us. Beds were cozy. Kitchen amenities are basic but that’s all you need. Parking was a breeze too. ”
