“A work based visit for a team member and I.The location was perfect for access to OC and LA both, without a city/busy feel. Downtown Santa Ana is great and has coffee and shops within walking distance. Check in was extremely easy, receiving codes and details a few hours before check-in. The secure garage was a plus and we felt very safe knowing only residents of the building had access. There was a nice gym and lobby area for the building as well. One area of opportunity would be the very loud...

“Proximity to everything was great. Front door went right to street so that was kind of hard. The floor was super dirty when we arrived. Little things need to be repaired like kitchen trash cabinet, and the bathroom shower door. No AC but there were fans….covered in hair and dust. The cleaners showed up promptly at 9:56 so we had to hurry to get out. Nice being close but probably won’t book again. ”

“Great stay at Newport Beach. Easy to communicate with and accommodating. Really convenient to have beach chairs and umbrella to use. Thankful for the fans provided on the hot days. Enough space for my family of four (2 teenagers) to stay comfortably.I could work from the kitchen table as my office without disturbing them them while in the bedrooms. ”

“Check in was easy. Kitchen was a full kitchen. Stocked well. Except for spices. Not enough tp. No box of tissues. No dish rags and only one dish towel. Not a big deal really. We bought tp. The unit has lots of storage. Bed very comfy. Really liked the outdoor area. Had a lovely breakfast out there. Used beach chairs and umbrellas.would stay here again. Would refer to friends too”
