“This was a brand-new home and fit our group of 15 perfectly. From kids to adults, everyone agreed this was a great house with an easy, short walk to the beach. The pool was large, and the surrounding area was great with a large outdoor tv and plenty of outdoor seating/lounging. There were some minor plumbing issues due to being so brand-new, but they were addressed and taken care of immediately by the very responsive property manager. “Since it was a new listing you are kind of taking a chance but we were not disappointed. The interior was nicely done with plenty of room. Nice sized kitchen and everything worked. Beds and bathrooms were nicely done. It wasn't far from anything in Tybee. Nice lime tree that was overhanging the steps up.
