“Place was spectacular, clean, and awesome location. Quiet neighborhood but easy access to all the great spots in sea pines. We had four families with 6 teenagers and had plenty of room and everyone loved the house. Owner was easy to reach and sent easy instructions for check in and check out!Highly recommend!”

“Loved the property and the location was great. Loved that they had van transportation. The only complaints are that I wish the property had more activities planned for guests and the suite we were in, in the double queen room, the room never got below 78 degrees but the rest of the suite was freezing. ”

“I felt this was an excellent place for the 12 of us... the beach wasn't crowded due to it being somewhat private. This house also has a private pool,a few of our group don't care for the beach...so very nice .A few minor things we messaged to the owner and he was right on it. Very friendly owner. He was greatful for the info so it could be addressed. ”

“Since it was a new listing you are kind of taking a chance but we were not disappointed. The interior was nicely done with plenty of room. Nice sized kitchen and everything worked. Beds and bathrooms were nicely done. It wasn't far from anything in Tybee. Nice lime tree that was overhanging the steps up. I would always bump my head on it going up but it was full of limes so that was fine. Little patio was nice to sit on. Not all the places were as nice as this one but the street always seemed...
